Disposable raincoat , pullover , cap , sunblock lotion , insect repellent , drinking water, change of clothes, swim wear, bath towel, personal toiletries, plastic bags to put wet items . Use good walking shoes . Comfortable cotton T-shirts with long or short pants are recommended.

Day to day schedule
07:15 – Depart your hotel to Kundasang . Enjoy scenic view of the quaint countryside, the majestic Mount Kinabalu , dreamy valleys and colorful roadside farmer markets as you drive along the Crocker Range . Short stop at Nabalu Market for photo opportunity and to explore the local marketplace.
Upon arrival at Poring Hot Springs, trek through the rainforest trail to the canopy walkway. Three circuits of suspension bridge zigzag through the crowns of the tallest and strongest rainforest trees with a total length of 373.6 meters and height up to 41 meters above ground offering good opportunity to observe canopy -dwelling rainforest inhabitants such as butterflies, insects, tree shrews, squirrels and birds.
If time permits , dip in the open air Hot Springs tub. Its therapeutic properties are reputed to ease aching muscles . After lunch proceed to Kinabalu National Park . The park is home to numerous species of interesting flora & fauna. Guided walk to the Mountain Garden to see the collection of rare mountain plants and flowers. Trek a short nature trail if time permits, before returning to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu.
